Privacy policy
What information we use, why, and how you stay in control.
Updated: 30 October 2026
Who is responsible for your data
S.R.L. „SEQUOIA DIGITAL”, IDNO 1021600030605 is the controller for personal data processed through this website and enquiries about our services. Registered office: 2, 31 August Street, Grătiești, Chișinău municipality, MD-2093, Republic of Moldova. For questions or rights requests, contact welcome@sequoiadigital.eu or +373 79 068 870.
Information you share
If you contact us through the form, email or phone, we may receive your name, contact details, company and any project information you choose to provide. Sharing this information is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details. Please avoid sending sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.
If you request a website review or use the project planner, the public website address and choices you submit accompany your enquiry. We also include the page from which the form was sent and a reference number, without its query parameters. Our team can record the enquiry stage, responsible person and next step in Telegram. The planner and demonstration examples do not send data until you submit a contact form.
Browsing this website
This website has no accounts or online payments. Optional analytics requires your consent. When you submit the form, your name, email, selected service, message and language are processed by a server function hosted on Vercel and delivered to our team through our Telegram bot. Form contents are not stored in your browser or sent to an AI model. To limit abuse, the function may temporarily hold an IP-derived identifier and an attempt count in memory for up to 10 minutes. Fonts are served locally. The AI simulation runs in your browser: it does not send information to an AI model or CRM and does not make decisions about visitors. The server delivering the page may process your IP address, request time, page address and technical browser information to deliver and secure the website.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry information to respond and prepare a possible collaboration, including precontractual steps requested by you. For professional enquiries and website security, we may rely on our legitimate interest in communicating and protecting the service, while respecting your rights. Contract and accounting information is processed to perform a contract and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, we ask separately and it may be withdrawn.
Browser storage
We store your cookie choice locally for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You may change or withdraw your choice using the preferences button in our Cookie policy.
Access, recipients and external links
Correspondence is accessible to people handling your enquiry and, where necessary, technical email and hosting providers or advisers involved. Vercel hosts the website and processes form submissions; Telegram receives and stores the message in the conversation designated for our team. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps links open external services only when selected; those services apply their own policies. Their widgets are not embedded on this page.
With consent, Google Analytics receives pseudonymous usage data such as page addresses, device/browser information, language, campaign source, scrolling and contact interactions. A successful enquiry is counted without sending its name, email or message. We use these reports to improve the website and understand enquiries. Google Tag Manager manages these measurement tags. Google may process data outside Moldova; its privacy and transfer information is available at policies.google.com/privacy. Advertising personalization, Google signals and automatic user-provided data collection are disabled for this implementation. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Retention and international transfers
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related discussions. For projects, retention depends on the contract, statutory recordkeeping and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, unless retention is legally required. If a provider processes information in another country, a legal basis and the safeguards required by applicable law must be in place. You can request details of recipients and safeguards relevant to your information using the contact details above.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to welcome@sequoiadigital.eu; we may ask for information strictly necessary to verify your identity. You may complain to Moldova’s CNPDCP or the competent authority in your country, where applicable.
Applicable framework and updates
We take account of Moldova’s Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This policy covers the presentation website; project-specific data processing terms are agreed separately. Updates are published here with the revision date.
